How to Create Binaural Sounds In VST MAutopitch Plugin (In Update)
Delta waves (1 to 3 Hz)
Theta waves (3.5 to 8 Hz),
Alpha waves (8 to 13 Hz)
Beta waves (12 to 33 Hz)
Gamma waves (25 to 100 Hz)

In this example I chose the frequency of the solffegio 528 hz (love) + 16 cents scale and applied it only to the LEFT CHANEL
After giving the example in the ---Delta waves--- frequencies to get the binaural frequency of 3 hz----just do 528 - 3 = 525 hz
so this frequency of 525 hz that we're going to apply to the RIGHT CHANEL --let's go to the calculator and for 525 hz it gives us a bias of +6 cents
in vst plugin -mautopitch puts in CHANEL RIGHT DETUNE +6 cents
our Brain in the middle will pick up this frequency of 3 hz
-the same if for all binaural frequencies
